Masato was born and raised in Sapporo. After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Accounting in Australia, he worked for a real estate company in Niseko and experienced a wide variety of overseas transactions. After that, he returned to his hometown, Sapporo, and joined Taft to establish an overseas business division. He supports buying, selling, leasing of real estate brokerage, and property management for international clients.

FOREIGN SPECIALIST

Philip is taft’s foreign relations officer who hailed from the Philippines. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of the Philippine. In 2016, he came to Japan and started being an English teacher, but he recently transitioned to real estate. He’s in charge of helping and assisting real-estate related transactions in taft.
